Capital Markets is one of the core business lines for UniCredit Markets & Investment Banking. Our division conducts business from out of Moscow, London, New York, Munich, Vienna, Milan, and other locations.

As part of UniCredit’s Markets & Investment Banking Division, CJSC UniCredit Securities provides advisory services and acts as a global coordinator, bookrunner, and lead manager in capital raising and capital optimization transactions using various available instruments.

ECM team boast an excellent track-record, having successfully closed numerous equity placements and offerings both in the Russian and international markets. ECM specialists have a strong background of previous employment at major international investment banks which has enabled them to build unique experience.
ECM specialists are also involved in debt restructuring transactions through new share issues or sale of existing shares, as well as issues of equity-linked instruments.
Transaction structuring specialists advise on making arrangements for pre-closing, transaction support and closing procedures in complex deals.
